The college was established in the year 1990 by a host of leading citizens and some visionaries of Greater Gossaigaon Subdivision under then Kokrajhar district, due to whose tireless efforts, Hatidhura college was established.
The college campus sprawled in more than 30 Bighas of land with beautiful environment. The environment created by the institute allows its students to follow their aims at their best. It has a huge a play-ground namely N.C. Roy Prodhani Play Ground Covering 14 Gighas of land for various sports activities like cricket, football, Volleyball etc. and an indoor games Building.
